This video follows the inaugural SYNC 1.0 BETA cohort, the first pilot of Founders at the University of Cambridge’s co-founder matching accelerator. Over 24 weeks, 32 participants came together to explore ideas, form 12 teams and discover what it takes to build a startup from scratch.

Featuring reflections from Natalya Doris, Deepanshu Singh, Haritha Jayasinghe, Mihai Mesteru, Tanvi Rao, Anita Verő, Christos Margadji, James Walsh and Friederike Nintzel, the video looks back on the conversations, relationships and experiences that shaped their journey through the programme.

From finding potential co-founders to testing founder relationships and exploring new opportunities, participants share what they learned about building alongside others and taking the first steps towards creating something new.
