Why you'll love this role

  • Manage onboarding materials, track founder progress and support reporting.
  • Use tools like Airtable (and pick up new ones fast) to keep data and workflows slick.
  • Liaise with mentors, investors and speakers, making sure everyone’s in the loop.
  • Help plan big moments like Investor Day, where our founders showcase their work.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, dependable and enjoys being at the heart of a buzzing ecosystem. You’ll likely have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an operations role, ideally in a startup, accelerator or similarly fast-moving setting.
  • A real eye for detail – you spot things others might miss.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Confidence with digital tools and the drive to learn new ones quickly.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude – you like rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.

The mindset that’ll help you thrive:

  • Productive & efficient: you love creating order and improving processes.
  • Growth-oriented: you’re excited to learn, adapt and try new approaches.
  • Reliable & driven: people can count on you to deliver.
  • Team-focused: you enjoy working with others and building positive relationships.
